How does the customer tracker work?

Enter customers one per line in the form name,email,phone,company,last_contact_date,status,value. The tool parses each row, validates email and phone formats, computes days since last contact, filters by status or overdue follow-ups, totals customer value, and produces a follow-up priority list sorted oldest-contact-first.

What status types are supported?

Five statuses: active, inactive, lead, churned, and prospect. Filter the customer list by any single status or view all. Status breakdown shows counts and total value per status.

How is follow-up urgency classified?

Customers not contacted in over 30 days are flagged urgent, 14–30 days are normal, and under 14 days are recent. Use the days-since-contact filter to surface only customers who need attention.

No. All parsing, filtering, and calculations run locally in your browser. History is stored in localStorage on this device only. Share links encode your inputs in the URL hash which never leaves the device unless you copy and send it yourself.
